Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
- You may request cancellation of your order within 7 days from the date of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted if the order has already been dispatched or shipped. In such cases, you may reject the delivery at the doorstep.
- Once the order is cancelled before shipment, the refund process will be initiated.
Refund Policy:
- Approved refunds for returns, cancellations, or verified duplicate/double payments will be processed and credited within 7 working days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Duplicate/Double Payment: In the event a customer is inadvertently charged twice for the same order or transaction, we will promptly investigate the case upon notification. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 7 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the product is returned due to the seller’s error (damaged or defective products).
- Warranty-covered products should be referred directly to the manufacturer for claims.
