Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy governs the cancellation and refund process for products and services purchased through our platform, SRKUPACHI INNOVATION PRIVATE LIMITED, in compliance with Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your order before it is shipped or dispatched. Cancellation requests will not be accepted if the order has already been handed over to the courier.
- Once the order is cancelled before shipment, the refund process will be started and the refund process will be initiated as per the refund policy.
Refund Policy:
- Approved refunds for returns, cancellations, or verified duplicate/double payments will be processed and credited within 3-5 working days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Duplicate/Double Payment: In the event a customer is inadvertently charged twice for the same order or transaction, we will promptly investigate the case upon notification. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 3-5 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the product is returned due to the seller’s error (e.g., damaged or defective).
- Warranty-covered products should be referred directly to the manufacturer for claims.
